Shipping Policy

Nanan Peak Safety Products Co., Ltd. mainly provides production and export services for safety shoes, work shoes, and related products to B2B customers. We can assist in arranging suitable shipping methods based on the customer’s order quantity, delivery destination, trade terms, and transportation requirements.

 

  1. Shipping Methods

We can support the following shipping methods according to customer requirements: 

  • Sea freight
  • Air freight
  • International express delivery
  • Shipment through the customer’s designated freight forwarder
  • Delivery to a designated warehouse or port within China

For large-volume orders, sea freight is usually recommended to reduce overall transportation costs. For samples, small-volume orders, or urgent orders, air freight or international express delivery may be selected depending on the actual situation.

 

  1. Shipment Time

The shipment time depends on the product type, order quantity, packaging requirements, and production schedule. Regular orders will be arranged for shipment after production is completed and the products have passed quality inspection.

The specific delivery time will be confirmed separately by both parties after order confirmation, based on the production schedule and shipping method.

 

  1. Trade Terms

We can negotiate different trade terms according to customer requirements, including but not limited to: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP, depending on the destination and order situation.

The specific trade terms, cost responsibilities, and division of liabilities shall be subject to the contract, proforma invoice, or purchase order confirmed by both parties.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, shipping method, and the prevailing logistics quotation. Customers may choose to use our cooperative freight forwarders or appoint their own freight forwarders or logistics service providers.

If customers require our assistance with a quotation, we will provide a reference shipping solution and estimated transportation cost based on the order information.

 

  1. Packaging and Loading

We provide standard packaging according to product characteristics and export transportation requirements. If customers have special requirements for packaging, shipping marks, carton size, pallets, or labels, please inform us clearly before placing the order.

Before shipment, we can provide relevant loading and packing documents upon customer request, including packing lists, invoices, carton specifications, and other necessary documents.

 

  1. Customs Clearance and Import Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, import customs clearance, duties, VAT, port charges, and other local fees at the destination country shall be borne by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the imported products comply with local regulations, certifications, and product entry requirements at the destination.

If customers need relevant product information, test reports, or certificates for customs clearance or compliance review, we will provide assistance according to the actual situation.

 

  1. Transportation Risk

The time of risk transfer after delivery shall be subject to the trade terms confirmed by both parties. For goods shipped through a freight forwarder or logistics company designated by the customer, transportation risks after handover are generally borne by the customer or the designated carrier.

In the event of delay, damage, or loss during transportation, we will assist the customer in communicating with the carrier and provide necessary shipping documents.

 

  1. Sample Shipping

Samples can usually be sent by international express delivery or air freight. The sample cost and shipping cost responsibility shall be confirmed before shipment. Customers may also provide their own courier account or designate a preferred logistics channel.
