Shipping policy
Shipping arrangements for B2B footwear orders.
Shipping methods
Sea freight, air freight, express delivery, nominated forwarders, and delivery to a designated warehouse or port in China can be discussed. Sea freight is generally suitable for bulk orders; samples and urgent orders may use air freight or express.
Dispatch & lead times
Dispatch depends on product type, quantity, packaging and the production schedule. Orders are shipped after production and quality inspection. The delivery schedule is agreed when the order is confirmed.
Trade terms & freight
EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR can be discussed. DDP depends on the destination and order. Freight is quoted by shipment size, weight, destination and current carrier rates. The confirmed contract, pro forma invoice or purchase order defines the agreed terms.
Packaging & documents
Export packaging is prepared for the product and agreed transport method. Confirm any carton, label, pallet or shipping-mark requirements in advance. Packing lists, invoices and other agreed export documents can be provided.
Customs & responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for destination import clearance, duties, taxes and local charges. Product-entry requirements and risk transfer follow the applicable rules and agreed trade terms. We can assist with available product and shipping documentation.
Samples & shipment issues
Sample cost and freight are confirmed before dispatch. If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost, we assist with carrier communication and the available shipping documents.
